Meanings
The exhibition of the Finnish group of artists includes the human mind, various life events, different histories of objects and different meanings of physical objects and nature. The opening of the exhibition will take place at the Tampere House Gallery (Jaani 4, Tartu) on Friday, August 3 at 5 pm.
The connections between visual perception, manual making and the subconscious play an important role in the work of artists. The topics covered are the passage of time, nature, memories and the multi-layered nature of the subconscious.
Among other things, the works in the exhibition contain stories from past generations. This is both in the material and in good technical know-how.
All four artists are highly regarded in Finland and have created several exhibitions both at home and abroad.
